Invitation Letter

A customised invitation letter for visa purposes is only available for delegates with a confirmed registration that has been paid in full. Please use the online registration form (available in December 2020) to request an invitation letter or write an email to info@esb2021.org.

The letter is intended to help delegates obtain a visa but does not imply the ESB or organiser will provide financial support.

We urge all delegates to keep in mind that a visa application may take some time to be processed and should, therefore, be initiated early enough to ensure it is accepted before the Conference begins.

In case of a visa rejection, the organiser will refund the full registration fee only upon receipt of the official refusal document from the Embassy.
