                      Beware of scammers

If you are contacted by someone with the name Omar or Expo Service Wuppertal or with an DocuSign document delete the mail and do not send your credit card details under any circumstances. This companies or person does not work with K.I.T. or the ESB, we fear that they are scammers and try to get your credit card information!

Conference Status with respect to the Coronavirus pandemic

We plan a semi-hybrid Conference. This means that we are preparing a face-to-face Conference in Porto with as many live lectures and discussions as possible! Invited Plenary and Keynote speakers that cannot attend will be live streamed into the rooms. We will have an industrial exhibition as well. For those who cannot attend on site, there will be a platform where the presentations will be available on-demand. We will have all posters at the platform, as well as an exhibition.

If a different health situation should emerge at any time after the early registration deadline, we will change to a completely virtual conference. Also, if it becomes apparent that the majority of attendees and authors have chosen to register for virtual participation only, we will have to switch to a completely virtual conference to assure the quality of the event.
